Question:
Do you really leave in conditioner?
Answer:
I know it sounds weird, but I do leave in a regular rinse-out conditioner. It has lots of work to do in my hair, and it can only do its thing when I leave it in. It weighs down tight curls, keeps them well defined (just make sure to define your curls when your hair is wet by running your fingers through them, or smoothing each curl out, or twisting each one around your fingers). Conditioner also weather-proofs our hair and keeps it moisturized.

Leaving in conditioner was the big breakthrough for me was that by leaving it in, it kept my curls from frizzing, gave them weight and conditioned them. That's also why it's important you choose the
