Curly Like Me is the off-the-grid, do-it yourself owner's manual for tightly curly hair; available now for pre-order. For more information, click here.

Here's what has most recently been added to the site:

*Three new photos showing what my hair looks like with all the conditioner rinsed out and fingercombed so it's really big is on the Hair Shots page.

*A Testimonial page for Curly Like Me has been added so you can check out what others have been saying about my upcoming book.

*A new combing and rinsing conditioner made from many sustainable ingredients has been added.

*I've added a fun new page, Bridal Curls, which has some ideas for how to wear your curls on your wedding day, along with lots of links to bridal hair adornment sites and even more photos with ideas for curly styles.

* A new video showing how I switch sides when I'm combing (I divide my hair in half, in two buns, and as I work on the first half, I wrap the finished curls around the bun of the second half. When I finish one half, I switch sides to work on the other half) has been added to the video page.

* Two photos showing how I separate my hair (such as to divide it into smaller sections for combing) have been added to the Hair Rules page.

* I added some photos now showing what I do with the ends of my hair when I braid my hair at night. I've changed up a few photos showing how I hold my hair when I comb to keep it from hurting.

*Oh my gosh, I'm so excited to say that Curly Like Me can be preordered!

*A photo for the hair tools that make great ponytail holders have been added to the Recommended Hair Tools page.

*Two new photos showing me refreshing the side and ends of my hair have been added to the Curly Primer page.

*A new category to the Resources page has been added called Giving Back. So far I have only one link, to a program I feel very strongly about (The Harlem Children's Zone), but I'm always looking for others to list as time goes on.

*Another new how-to video is up: More Combing (How I Comb Tighter Curls). This shows how I comb my tighter curls in the back (if you aren't tired of seeing me comb my hair, that is).

*Three new how-to videos are now on the How-To video page. The first video is of what I do to get my hair ready for combing, and the tools I use. The second video shows how I comb the front section of my hair. The third video has how I divide my hair into smaller sections without it snarling.

*I know, it took me long enough, but the How-To video page is finally up! It shows how I divide, comb and define my hair after washing and conditioning. I just added three new videos to it, with more on the way. More should start appearing throughout December.

Here's what we're working on and what's coming up:

*We are working to put the questions in the Answer Bank into categories so it will be easier for you to search through the nearly 200 answers to questions I've been asked.

*We are going to make the search box longer so you can read the results of any searches a bit better on theAnswer Bank.

*The Contact page will also be back up soon.

*I will be at the Mixed Roots Film and Literary Festival in Los Angeles on June 12th! I'd love to get to see you there.

*I'm currently working on a page featuring lots of photos to give you ideas for ways to style your beautiful curls

*We are working on making it available so you can download and print the entire ingredients dictionary―or just select a few words to print―as well as letting you know the latest ingredients that have been added.

*We are also working on making it available for you to download and print the entire Answer Bank―or just what questions you want to print.

*We are thinking about puttinig up a press page to make it easier for anyone in the media to get high resolution photos, some Q & A, and all those sorts of things.

*More How To Videos, including what my hair looks right after it's been combed, right after it dries, and the day after it dries, as well as putting up the videos of me defining my tighter curls at the back of my head.

*Product Reviews page. This is where I will finally be able to tell you what products are good, and which ones should be avoided, based on the ingredients they have in them.
