Here are some of the questions I get asked the most, and what my answers have been. This way you can get your answers immediately, without having to wait on me. And you never know, you might find answers to a few questions you didn't even know you had yet.

*This is still a work in progress. I'm continuing to add many more questions, and we are still ironing out a few quirks. But we wanted to make this available as soon as possible.

There are several ways to choose the question(s) you'd like answered:

Question:
How do you shampoo your hair?
Answer:
I wash my hair every four days to once a week. You can wash your hair with conditioner only. It keeps your hair from drying out as much as it might with shampoo. However, if you have oily skin, or tend to break out (like I do), I found this technique leaves me (my face and body) too greasy.

I've found the best way to wash my hair is just put the shampoo on your scalp (which is usually what needs the shampoo). Don't put any shampoo on your ends at all. \

Rinse the shampoo out of your hair, then follow with putting in a light/watery conditioner, and smooth this on all your hair. Then rinse that out. This will remove any dirt from your hair.

Then you can follow it with a heavier conditioner you will either comb in and leave in your hair (to help smooth and control your curls), or if you want volume, rinse it out (or rinse it partially out).
