Here are some of the questions I get asked the most, and what my answers have been. This way you can get your answers immediately, without having to wait on me. And you never know, you might find answers to a few questions you didn't even know you had yet.

*This is still a work in progress. I'm continuing to add many more questions, and we are still ironing out a few quirks. But we wanted to make this available as soon as possible.

There are several ways to choose the question(s) you'd like answered:

Question:
I need some really heavy-duty products to get my curls to clump.
Answer:
First I want to ask what are you doing with your hair after you put the conditioner in it? Are you using lots of conditioner in your hair? Is your hair sopping wet with tons of conditioner in it? I use two full handfuls, enough that my hair sort of foams up as I comb it. It takes that much of a good conditioner for it to set your curls.

If you already are using plenty of a good conditioner, combing it through with a Denman, and then defining your curls, and then letting them totally dry before doing anything to them, and you still feel you need something heavier, I can recommend two products. You can try the Blended Beauty Curly Butter I mention on the site. It's heavier, but it's also a bit sticky and greasy, so be extra careful and gentle when you comb your hair.
