Question:
Is there a way to make my hair grow faster?
Answer:
There isn't anything that can help speed up the growth of your hair that you are genetically programmed to have. The best things to do is to help your body produce hair at it's maximum growth rate by doing all the things you are already doing: eating healthy, exercise, and drinking plenty of water (I'm terrible with drinking enough water!). I've heard getting (very gentle) scalp massages can help, too.
The other part of getting very long hair is to keep all of your new growth healthy, so it can last as long as possible. It doesn't do any good to have your hair grow in quickly, if it just breaks off at the ends as fast or even faster. So to be honest, I'd say to concentrate on keeping that new growth as healthy and damage free as possible. In this way you will be able to keep every inch of natural hair you grow in.
