Here are some of the questions I get asked the most, and what my answers have been. This way you can get your answers immediately, without having to wait on me. And you never know, you might find answers to a few questions you didn't even know you had yet.

*This is still a work in progress. I'm continuing to add many more questions, and we are still ironing out a few quirks. But we wanted to make this available as soon as possible.

There are several ways to choose the question(s) you'd like answered:

Question:
When I define my curls using the short cut, do I comb my hair all at once, then run my fingers through all of it?
Answer:
About how to define your curls, you can do it a couple ways: If your hair isn't that curly, not thick, and is short, you could brush through it all at once with a Denman, then go back through and define it all at once by running your fingers through many times.

Or, a much better option is to comb your hair in sections with the Denman. After each section, run your fingers through it a few times, then move onto the next. This will keep you from getting impatient and overwhelmed trying to comb your hair all at once.

This is especially good with thicker, curlier, and/ or longer hair. If you are growing out your hair, it will also be a good habit to get in to as your hair gets longer, healthier, and probably much thicker, especially if you are growing it out.
