*This is still a work in progress. I'm continuing to add many more questions, and we are still ironing out a few quirks. But we wanted to make this available as soon as possible.

Will Hair Vitamins Make My Hair Grow Faster?
Hair vitamins don't really do anything that eating healthy can't. All that makes a difference with our hair is how we care for it, so long as we keep ourselves healthy. Sometimes a lack of protein may cause hair loss, so do be sure you are eating a balanced diet.

There isn't anything that can help speed up the growth of your hair that you are genetically programmed to have. The best things to do is to help your body produce hair at it's maximum growth rate by doing all the things you are already doing: eating healthy, exercise, and drinking plenty of water (I'm terrible with drinking enough water!). I've heard getting (very gentle) scalp massages can help, too. The other part of getting very long hair is to keep all of your new growth healthy, so it can last as long as possible. It doesn't do any good to have your hair grow in quickly, if it just breaks off at the ends as fast or even faster. I'd say to concentrate on keeping that new growth as healthy and damage free as possible. In this way you will be able to keep every inch of natural hair you grow in.
